I am so excited to get started with this! 
A few things about myself: 
  • I am a senior in college finishing my bachelors degree in Natural Resource Management online
  • I am actively pursuing a career as a zookeeper! 
  • I am a member of Phi Mu Fraternity 
  • I am a born and raised military brat and overly proud of it. The day they take my ID will be a very sad day filled with many tears. 
  • I have two sisters and many adoptive siblings.
  • I am in an amazing long distance relationship with another zookeeper, he brings so much fun to my life. 
  • I love travel and adventure! If you want me to try something PLEASE tell me. Why? Because I will listen and hopefully be able to do it and let you know if it is worth it!

ZOO WEEKLY ROUNDUP  It's it's only my Tuesday and I already have tons of pictures to share with y'all! My zoo babies have been extremely busy in the last 48 hours. We have a new nature playground next to our building so we took a few of our animals over there to check it out. Baby Cooper

Baby Cooper! I am so thankful that I was able to meet my sweet baby nephew this last week!  It's only been two days & I miss him so much! My sister Kelsey had to have an emergency C-section and her amazing husband thankfully was able to get them both to the hospital in time.  Now we have this amazing little 🥜.

T Minus 4 days

  Only 4 days left !   So we only have 4 days until we leave for North Carolina for the wedding! This also means that I am Turing into this certifiable psycho that Kevan just keeps feeding. I mean it, he just keeps making food 🥘 🥘  Yesterday I came home, had a full toddlers in 👸 Tiaras 👸 melt down where I cried and said that I was sorry while I was crying about how tired I was and how hungry I was. All the whole my wonderful soon to be husband was encouraging me to eat and sleep but I refused. Yesterday I gave the meerkats a plastic crow, so cute... because they keep killing doves that land in their exhibit on a regular basis. We also had a competition for safety yesterday and won. Me ft. being exhausted and working a 12 hour shift.  Lucy our African Grey parrot playing under her newspapers yesterday This is how bright it is outside at 6:30 AM here...  We went and had dinner at HopDoddy in Rice Village on ...
